For now, only a handful of the features from the legacy version have been ported into this version but it's still a lot. Here's a list of some of the features in the mod: -Added organ damage afflictions.
Most of them are fatal and are indirectly caused by other afflictions. They all cause different issues if left untreated for long.
These consist of two afflictions, cold and heat. The first thing the description says in here is to not subscribe to the mod, since workshop is still weird, especially with core content mods. Editing files is not necessary and I wouldn't recommend it, since it will prevent you from using the mod in multiplayer.
What I can recommend is unsubscribing, reinstalling the game and then the mod. How do you actually enable the latest version from the dropbox? I pasted over the files onto clean "BTE" folder, but when I try to enable it then in-game it magically resets back to old files???
